St. Odilia Preschool is seeking loving and energetic persons to lead play-based preschool environments grounded in faith and love. Lead teachers work cooperatively with classroom staff and other members of the team to provide a well-organized, safe and positive environment for children. The ideal candidate wants to work with young children and is willing to be active and engaged with classroom explorations. Lead teachers are vital to helping children discover, learn, and support the mission of St. Odilia Preschool, serving children 24-months to 5 years of age.

Part-time Preschool Teacher 4's & 5's, MWF 8-4:30pm
Full-time Preschool Teacher for 2'& 3's
Full-time positions are 12-month positions with a 40-hour week schedule and benefit eligible.
Competative compensation, $20-24 starting hourly rates.

QUALIFICATIONS
-Must meet DHS Rule 3 requirements for teacher.
-Ability to collaborate and work well with other teaching staff to create a warm environment that is developmentally appropriate for preschool aged children and aligns with our play-based teaching philosophies.
-Excited to work with preschool aged children.
-Builds positive and professional relationships with administration, coworkers, students, and families.
-Able to enforce required safety procedures and policies of St. Odilia Preschool.
-Experience teaching with young children, teaching license preferred.
