Annual State Conference Presenters

The 2025 Annual State Conference Request For Session Proposals (RFP) has closed.  Thanks to all who submitted sessions for our event.  We look forward to including the many voices of field professionals in February.

The Minnesota Association for the Education of Young Children, MnAEYC, invites you to submit a proposal to present at our Annual Early Childhood Conference to be held January 31-February 1, 2025 at the RiverCentre in St. Paul MN.

Sessions are 90 minutes in length on Fridays and 120 minutes on Saturday. Presenters may choose a compensation option below. Compensation will be split if multiple presenters.  

Each session room includes a projector, screen, and chairs for participants. Please plan to bring your own computer if needed and a connection for an HDMI cord.  If you need a different setup, we cannot guarantee it, but we will do our best to accommodate.  Please note it below under "Special set-up requests."

If you are planning to attend the rest of the conference, please be sure to register separately.  We will not plan meals for speakers unless they have been registered as a participant.

**Please note we do not use this form to choose our keynote speakers. We have already contracted with our keynote speakers for 2025.
